this is great, good on you, I love to run but when I turned 45 almost three years ago, as if somebody flipped a switch my body went downhill, up till 45 I felt like a 25 year old
I consider myself fit and in shape used to run 3 miles a day 5 days a week (nice maintenance run) I also swam and lifted weights, but man my knees are done, I just started running again during the quaranteen with my daughter and after a week or two of one milers my knees are toast, I'm 185 lbs at 5'11" so it's not like I am carrying a ton of weight
so a message to you youngins run, exercise, do stuff while you can, cause a day will come where you will want to but won't be able any more
I swim now, well not not as the gyms and pools are closed but you know what I mean
