Exactly. When I want to talk to someone, that is exactly what I want to do. Talk to someone. Not get referred back to their lame website. I've already tried that. It didn't work. That's why I'm calling. But no one is picking up.
That's what I appreciated when I actually had to go to the DMV. I didn't want to go. Who does?
But I spoke with a live person and finished my business faster than I could have done it online with their ridiculous system. And the DMV clerk was kinda cute too..And that never hurts either.
