Here are my reasons for using Firefox as my primary browser:
1. It's lightweight. It doesn't hog resources like most others.
2. It's secure. The team stays on top of updates.
3. It's compatible with a host of privacy add-ons.
4. It's stable. I rarely have problems with it loading multiple pages.
5. It doesn't spy on me.
6. Its enhanced privacy protection keeps websites from spying on me.
If you want an extra layer of security, ditch Google as your search engine and use duckduckgo.com.
Oh, and I'm a former Army network administrator, so network and browser security are a big deal to me.
