71-72 5-lug means disc brakes already so you just need the 'conversion' 6-lug rotors. These are available from many of the aftermarket companies that sell disc conversion kits for those swapping their drum equipped trucks over to disc.

Possibly.... The wheels need to be disc brake spec'd off of a 71 or later 4wd.
