Here’s some pictures of how the firewall blister turned out. Left me with lots of clearance. Welded a 3/8” rod to the inside of the firewall first. That gave me approximately a 1/2”rounded corner. Lots or welding/grinding, but it came out pretty nice
last picture is my offset gas pedal. It looks like it going to fit well!
