Try to get any patch panels painted close to the current matte red/orange color
Then drive it and show it off as much as possible.

Dang cool truck!! Can't get over the look, K20, 3/4ton, old M+S tires... great combination. I'm glad you're going to be keeping it original. Those suckers are far and few in between now.
