That would be Joe Yezzi. Owner of Squarebody Syndicate and all around Squarebody Legend. That truck, named OJ, has the Wheel Vintiques OE Steel 15x8 front with a 4 1/4 backspace and a 15x10 rear with a 5 1/4 backspace. 245-60-15 front 295-50-15 rear BFG's.

And for the record I'm not a stalker... I'm just a huge fan of that truck in particular, and of the steelies/caps look.
