You can not use either radiator hose for a '97 truck. That radiator is much wider. You will have to get a lower hose for a '63-'66 truck with a small block. it will need to be shortened since you are running a long water pump instead of the correct short water pump. For the upper hose, try one for a '68 Camaro with a small block. That is assuming you are using the angled thermostat housing.
