sometimes its good natured ribbing from other builders, but if your feedback is coming from others, ask them what they have built from a pile of parts. usually its 'nothing'. yours may be something far removed from a chevy but at least its not 'nothing'.
if its your rod builder buddies giving you a hard time just put air horns under their shop chairs.
