I dumped Hagerty after 5 good years when I called to change the policy from North Carolina to Kansas. I had to call 3 times to get them to change it and then when I got my renewal it came as a North Carolina policy. I called and cancelled it, going with Grundy this week. Plus after several calls I still get my dad's renewal notices to my email, my account and his were never linked.
