Re: Steering wheel opinions, keep it or go original truck wheel?
I like the Chevelle wheel also. I have a 67 SS wheel in my 71 myself. The horn buttons work. I also like the 2 spoke wooden wheels from the 60's. I do like the stock wheels in these trucks. I have several old wheels in my inventory that I need to refinish are finish them. I had a Corvette wheel in the 71 for a long time then moved it to the Ramp truck. I made the horn cap for it in the pictures. I started on a 67 wheel and cut it down and re welded it but I have never finished it. Life just keeps getting in the way.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!
LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
