Will definitely be looking for cracking. I think the material will hold up so long as I print in the right thickness. Aside from thin pieces, like a mirror adapter I tried, this should have the strength of annealed aluminum. My Landrover uses nylon in the cooling system, thermostat housing included, that isn't fiber reinforced. My weakness is going to likely come from the layer lines, but I think it'll be okay. But yes, good idea to drain and test with distilled water instead
