You're only going to grease the inside threads, right? If so, I would, and did on my rebuild. The outside threads could be greased, as long as the face of the bushing where it contacts the control arm doesn't have grease on it, because that friction interface is where the torque is developed. That would only facilitate installation by reducing the running torque.
