They seem to have an unusual amount of complaints about everything from build time to reliability to customer service. On the other hand, I hear very few, if any, complaints about Bow Tie and Phoenix.
Maybe Monster simply can't handle building 5,000 transmissions per year w/o hiring unqualified techs and/or taking shortcuts.
I suggest they slow down, evaluate the complaints, and determine what they can do to send better products out the door.
Would be interesting to hear from former employees.

1969 C10 (not the current one) that I bought in the early 1980s. Paid $1200; sold for $1500 a few years later. Just a hint at the appreciation that was coming.
Retired as a factory automation products salesman.
Worked part-time over the years for an engine builder and a classic car repair shop.
