I got a 3/8" steel line from O'reilly's and using a piece of wire made a pattern of the how I wanted to run the hose around valve cover. I then bent the line to fit. I removed all the paint from steel line with a wire brush on bench grinder. Then I dimpled the ends and polished it up with some rouge on polishing wheel. Routed it in and viola!
