thought it was all about how you set up the shift linkages ???
Three levers: gets you hi-range (direct), 205 low, 203 low, and 205/203 low = four speed t/c - right...? (2wd or 4wd in all of those)
Plus the granny gear that must get you a crawl ratio about 150:1
