Progress continues, all be it slowly.
Not sure how many of you out there have got/used a pot blaster but they have to be- simultaneously - both the most useful and frustrating tool ever invented!
The biggest thing I have learnt and would like to share with you, the dear reader is this...
Don’t Reuse the media. It is a false economy. You will end up spending hours collecting it, sifting it and then taking the gun apart to unclog it when you didn’t get all of the debris out of the grit. I bought 5 bags of glass media at £8 per bag and wish I had got 10.
Anyway, Spent all day today taking the front crossmember from this.

And I would say that 4 hours of this was collecting the media, spent sifting the media and unblocking the gun.
Hateful.
Good news is that I only have 3 pieces left to do and 5 more bags of media on the way...
It’s still not a show truck.
