This will be a real room of some sort - which is why we finally got the hot tub cut out of there: it was almost totally wasted space because we couldn't get the parts to fix it. Probably a summer bedroom for the grandkids or something? It's just weird because the floor will have to be structurally separate from the walls. It's tempting to have a couple steps down and make the concrete slab be most of the floor ....

T-111 was about $35 a couple years ago when I was checking into it. I would need 27 sheets to go around three sides of the pole barn plus a few more for the part that's taller than eight feet.
