I've been thinking about a out building. But I have no room here. I've got plenty of room at my other place but it's 20 minutes away. And I want to sell that place anyway. I never go there. I can't see putting money into it. I looked at the lot next door but I'm in the hills. It isn't flat at all. I'd have to level it and build a building $$$$ and deal with the zoning nazi's. Too much of a headache for me.

There is an old gas station right by me that I'd love to get but they want too much for it. It's been for sale for years now. You would think that they would come down on the price but they don't.
