Yes. The Factory Assembly Manual shows how to cut a truck door for Blazer applications. You'll need to find that little trim cap to cover the cut edges, and if you are being picky... You'll want a '72 truck door so that that the window crank / door handle shafts are long enough to fit the 72 door panel. In a perfect world, you'd also steal the reinforcement plates from the striker areas of "real" Blazer doors and spot weld them onto your new truck doors.
