Boy, did I open a can of worms.

got everything off without breaking anything, then I noticed the studs that hold the manifolds together a little bit corroded and figured: what can go wrong? lets replace these.

I broke one stud and I could not get it extracted, buddy broke the other and could not get it extracted, welding nuts did not work, torch caused 2 fractures in the exhaust manifold, machinist helped me out and replaced the studs and planed the manifolds individually ( also blasted and painted ).

manifolds planes are not lining up, drilled out bolt holes to get enough room so they do, got it back together and I have an exhaust leak I can not pinpoint.
