I'm thinking there were less produced ,But so many 6 cylinders were swapped over to small blocks and you can just drop a small block in place of the 250 using the same 250 engine perches .You can't use the right side 292 perch with a small block so they probably got tossed off to the side and replaced with a 250 right side perch or a set of small block perches ? anybodies guess ? there are probably a bunch laying under garage work benches all over the country . Last I noticed they were selling for about $100.00 for the right side .
