Yes it is a "68-75 Left Front Spark Plug Inner Heat Shield". That's shown in post #1 of this thread. To my door Zip Corvette was the best price I found.
My plan is to dremel out the slot needed for the dip-stick tube, shouldn't look too bad.
The real PITA is keeping the dual wire bracket from moving on the front two cylinder heat shields when tightening down.
