I hear you, we will see what these things look like when I have them in my hand, but from the pics it looks like the set screws only attach the cranks to the inserts and the inserts are keyed to fit the different crank splines (I hope)

Universal fit most vehicles with door handle axis size: 0.4" round or 0.4" square or 0.4" round with 16 splines.
