That's a modern photoshop.

A luxury SUV was not on anybody's radar in the late 1950s.

Luxury SUVs were not on MY radar, even when I joined the GM Luxury SUV group in 1999. (I was in engineering program management for the 2001 Denali and the 2002 Escalade).
