I have the same concern with ride height and airbags, so I went to HD and bought some 2x4s to put under the cross-member to keep the truck at the factory ride height while I aligned it.
Your comment has me curious so I think that before i breakdown my alignment setup I'll check it at the top and bottom of the bump stops to see what it does to camber and toe.
