I am by no means an expert, but that truck and trailer require separate license's (in Kalifornia) and since the truck is way over 10,000 GVW, it in effect falls into the "Cannot be licensed in Kalifornia" bracket....sad but true.

You could always call it a mobile Marijuana dispensary. California would probably let you license it then.
