If it must be from a GM, then 90-96 Corvette has a dual fan package that is pretty close. I believe the IROC Camaros also have a nice dual fan setup. I have used the Corvette setup on a couple of cars.

If you don't mind other brands and want 2-speed fans, a 2000 Contour/Focus/Cougar has dual 2-speed fans. I use a Volvo relay to control the 2-speeds and a BMW sending unit to trigger the relay. See attached on a '69 Mustang radiator. I can provide some more details and p/ns if needed. I have also done a few of these.
