The 396 crossed flag emblems likely came off an Impala or Chevelle of the era, and as others have said, there were not
normally seen on trucks till 69. No one mentioned the rally wheels, but those were not available until 73 on square body trucks, but a common "upgrade" once they became popular, and look factory. These likely came off a square body 4x4 (6 lug).
