Unfortunately for him and a lot of other folks, getting a short box C10 project isn't as simple as hopping on Craigslist and taking your pick of many cheap trucks available. No such thing.

Sad.... The 3/4 to 1/2 swap is as easy as rebuilding the front end of the truck but using select parts. The x-member swap is a decent option as well if you can find one that still has the wearable parts in decent shape.
