None taken. I don’t know Jack about different oil filters. I thought that since the original poster was worried about the degradation of the “old” filter media, he may also want to know that there is a possibility of the inside of the canister being all rusty. I wasn’t saying that the guy that made the video knew what he was talking about. Just that he had cut an old AC Delco filter open and showed the inside. That’s why I posted a pic of the rust.
