I bet it's owned by a CAT mechanic. The building looks to be painted with CAT yellow paint.
There's actually a house here in PDX that was actually painted with expired CAT equipment paint by a guy who worked at the local CAT dealer. It used to even have a Catapillar sign on the garage.
