Yeah, I like that. All too often I'll give some bozos a short hop in the back bed, and even when I say ''Don't Step on the Fender'' when exiting, they will anyway. [See below]
The ''Poly Wrap Air Cleaner'' would be some kind of foam band that encircles the paper element for extreme dust environments. K&N sold a similar band for their air cleaners, too.
16 x 5 is not an unusual rim size for that period. My '68 C/10 Stepside specified 17.5 x 5.25 6-lug rims.
