Thanks for keeping the thread alive and raising cases. Fun to chase this down.

The 4 is odd as that denotes a pickup model. Model is correctly called out as 8 in the body of the SPID. The wheel base number font also differs from that used for the VIN - note the 1 and 4 differ in terms of font. Looks like a fleet ordered Blazer? Error at time of assembly as regards the SPID?
