Ok thanks. It seemed like last week when I was messing with it, there was only 1 position where the transmission would behave like it was in park. My transfer case is only resting in 4 noticable positions as near as I can tell. And it seemed that only 1 of those positions allowed for park. With the info I've gotten here. I'll have a better go at it today.
