I found a thread here on the forms of a guy making a mega cab out of a suburban.

That’s what got me thinking about this project more seriously. I had dismissed the idea earlier, because of the roofline of the suburban is higher than the truck, but he was able to cut the raised portion of the roof off and re-skin to make it look like a truck top.

What do you guys think? Should I try this with a suburban or would it be better to find another crew cab to splice together?
