use Eastwood powder coating gun and their powders ... a residential used electric oven ....I have a blast cabinet from harbor freight .....prep like everything else is most important I set them up with wire hangers on the oven grill shelves apply the powder bake @ 400 for 20 mins and usually I have a nice finish
here pictured mirror brackets and outer steering shaft I coated with EXTREME CHROME powder ...one of my favorites ...limited to size of parts you can coat by the size of your oven .... a few years ago I made an oven with electric hot plates and round 10 inch forced hot air duct for long slim parts like cross members center lines etc. just having fun ....its faster more durable and a lot less clean up than painting
