raggedjim. I knew I'd seen something like that on here. TXFirefighter made his 7 inches long and 2 inches wide.
I used some like Chevy Nutcase and they can't be much more than 5 inches long. Distance on outside of U-bolt is 4.25 + .375 on each side for the metal. That is where I came up with my 6 inch length.
If they only need to be 2 inches wide and 6 inches long. Here's a cheaper piece of metal.
