I stained my yellow pine boards and applied three coats of marine grade polyurethane. Says that it contains UV blockers, but time will tell....I just got them in the bed last Sunday night. I got the standard bed strips, not the stainless, and they're painted the same color as the truck, victory red. The bed goes on the truck this Friday night. I'll get some photos scanned soon after.
