If I could do it over again, I'd stick with the original doors and have the rust repaired. I was hoping to save a little money by buying some aftermarket doors from "Key Parts". Initially they looked great, but on closer inspection we found quite a few issues. Scott ended up having to cut the top of the frame down 1/4" on both doors to get them to fit correctly. Also, one of the doors looked like it had been dropped at some point. The bottom edge was bent inward about 1" and it had obvious marks from a hammer on the inside which were poorly covered up with some black spray paint
Hopefully the fenders and bed panels I bought from them are in better shape...I'm a little nervous now.
