Concrete blocks, ratchet strap, plastic, water, baking soda, 6ft length of 6" by 1/8 flatplate (positive cable) setting on a couple pieces of rubber. cross pieces are just for hanging the part (negative cable) in the solution of water and baking soda.
It's cooking.. that's just hydrogen gas coming off.
