Also got to finish up the front axle after NAPA came through with a bearing kit (#brgbk1). Since my 76 dana that I bought had good hub bearings I decided to keep them and just repack (WHAT A MESS!). The 76 donated the spindles, hubs, rotors and backing plates to the project. They mated nicely with the 82 corp 10 axle and shafts....
I didn't put the brake calipers on yet due to time but I had to get some wheels on her again.... So nice to see it out from jackstands!
Now it's time to clean up the engine, tranny and TC to set it in the frame. Once I set the rear pinion then get it welded up and moved home to my garage before July.... wish me luck
