I certainly prefer rare or not so common.

One of the cars I owned years ago was one of two we could find in England, it now lives in a German museum.

My 1963 Ford Taurus Transit was the only one on the road over here, imported from Germany.

So unusual appeals to me.

I agree, importing parts is an expensive thing.
