Last year I replaced the top half of a 350 in my camaro (rebuilt 20 years ago) that had been sitting for several years (has about 25k on it). Your cylinders and carbon deposits look better than mine did and once I got mine all back together and running it didn’t smoke or leak or anything.
You won’t know for sure until you run it, but everything looks pretty good to me. SBCs are remarkably resilient.
