On the front I will probably use Speedway Engineering stuff.

Speedway engineering sway bars have always been great to me in the offroad world and we sure tortured them. Kartek is a great company to buy them through and their custom service is top notch. Lots of length and stiffness options on the bars and quite a few arm options as well.
Yes & yes. But the limits I see on the Speedway Engineering site indicate 1.250" OD solid bars when desiring a 32" bar width. They show larger bars for 'cup' cars but @ 37" widths which is too wide for me.

I also didn't want to be 1K into a front sway bar & haven't seen any pricing yet.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
