I paid for this product to be done.
I'm a contractor, do you know how quickly I'd
be out of business if I expected my clients to
finish my jobs.
So, after a longer rant than my first, no, I didn't
contact CPPJeff and really don't ever plan to.

I can see you have been formerly welcomed to the Cpp disfunctional family
I was only offering another outlet to try to get the issue resolved. No reason to bite my head off as we have all gone through the frustration of CPPs lack of customer service. Live and learn my friend, hopefully you get as much money back as you can
