Thanks for the thread. Looking at your pictures of the the needles it reminded me of trip me and and the wife took out our GoldWing motorcycle. Instead of touring around on the Wing we jumped on a Day Tour Bus and the bus ( Greyhound size) actually drove through the needle like you did with your truck. Beautiful country around the Black Hills.
