how far will that tank hang down? i made mine 10" top to bottom with a 1" sump in the center so it actually hangs down 11". it is right up against the bed channels so it hangs below the frame ~6 inches. it is also about 35 gallons but i had more room to work with since it is a truck, and i slightly modified the rear frame section and made more space for it in doing so.
