I'm encountering this right now...(Ontario, Canada)

Cab for my truck is $1,500-$2,000 in good shape

Box is $1,000-$2,500 for a good used one

Doors are $150 each.

Bumpers are a couple hundred each

And the list goes on...

Needless to say I'll be fixing every OE part I can

I'm not a big fan of how easily people scrap original stuff....at least set it aside and let someone else fix it...some of this stuff can get hard to find and that will only get worse in time.
