Let us know how that silver paint holds up. I came across those paint pens when I wanted to freshen up the lettering on my ignition switch indicator plate. Evidently they are frequently used in the model building community because they are the closest thing to an actual chrome finish. It seems though that the finish is very fragile. If something brushes against the silver finish it will dull and look more like regular silver paint. At least that's what I saw online and in my own experience. I even let my emblem dry for 72 hrs before touching it.
